04:11 AM EDT, 06/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Honeywell ( HON ) will operate under two new brands, Honeywell Technologies and Honeywell Aerospace, the company said Monday.

The automation business will be known as Honeywell Technologies and continue trading on Nasdaq under the ticker "HON."

Meanwhile, the aerospace business will be spun off as a separate publicly traded company, Honeywell Aerospace, on June 29 under the ticker "HONA."
