07:27 AM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hyperscale Data ( GPUS/PD ) is expected to receive a cash tender offer for 111,000 shares, roughly 10% of its outstanding stock, at $7.50 to $10 per share from Ault & Company through a modified Dutch auction, Ault said Friday.

Ault said it believes Hyperscale's current stock price is undervalued at $4.98 apiece as of Thursday's close.

The offer is expected to commence late this month or early January, Ault said.

Hyperscale shares rose 13% in recent premarket activity.
