Imperial Dade Canada Enters into a Definitive Agreement to Acquire Enterprise Paper

Transaction Expands Presence for Distributor of Foodservice Packaging and Janitorial Products

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario & COQUITLAM, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Imperial Dade, a distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Enterprise Paper Holdings, Ltd. (“Enterprise Paper” or the “Company”). Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1973, Enterprise Paper is a Canadian-owned distributor of paper, packaging, and janitorial products with locations in British Columbia (“BC”) and Alberta. The management team has built a strong reputation for its knowledgeable sales force, wide breadth of products, and high-touch customer service. Now in partnership with Imperial Dade’s platform, Enterprise Paper’s customers can expect the same exceptional service coupled with an even greater offering of products and solutions.
