Ingles Markets Gets Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

04:49 PM EST, 12/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ingles Markets ( IMKTA ) said Thursday it was notified by Nasdaq of its noncompliance with the exchange's listing requirement because it failed to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Sept. 28 on time.

The filing delay was due to the impact of Hurricane Helene, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission was informed, the company said.

The company, based in Asheville, North Carolina, plans to file the report before the Feb. 18 deadline set by Nasdaq.
