05:01 PM EDT, 06/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Innodata ( INOD ) has named Jayant Chauhan as chief financial officer, starting July 6, the company said late Wednesday.

He will succeed interim CFO Marissa Espineli, who will transition to the role of chief accounting officer, the company said.

Chauhan was most recently the senior vice president of M&A at Blackstone (BX)-owned Mphasis, Innodata ( INOD ) said.
