International Game Technology Extends Sports Betting Tech Deal With Boyd Gaming Through 2028

10:25 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- International Game Technology ( IGT ) said Monday it has signed a new three-year agreement with Boyd Gaming ( BYD ) to continue providing sports betting technology in Nevada through August 2028.

Under the deal, the company's PlaySports platform will power Boyd Gaming's ( BYD ) retail and mobile sports betting operations, extending a partnership that began in 2018.

Boyd will also keep International Game Technology's ( IGT ) PlaySports Kiosks at its 10 retail betting locations across the state, the company said.

Shares of International Game Technology ( IGT ) and Boyd were both up by more than 2% in recent trading.
