09:53 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Intuitive Machines ( LUNR ) said Tuesday it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire spacecraft manufacturer Lanteris Space Systems, formerly Maxar Space Systems, for $800 million.

The purchase price consists of $450 million in cash and $350 million in Intuitive Machines ( LUNR ) class A common stock, the company said.

The transaction is expected to close in Q1 of 2026, Intuitive Machines ( LUNR ) said.
