04:22 PM EST, 01/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Killam Apartment REIT (KMP-UN.TO) after trade on Friday declared a monthly distribution of $0.06 per unit for January, unchanged from December.

The payout will be made Feb. 17 to unitholders of record on Jan. 30, the company said, adding that it offers a distribution reinvestment plan that allows eligible unitholders to reinvest monthly cash distributions into additional units, with participants receiving a 3% bonus distribution in units on reinvested amounts.
