10:01 AM EST, 11/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Limoneira ( LMNR ) said Thursday it closed the sale of two ranches in Chile last week for a total of about $15 million, of which $6.8 million in cash will be received initially.

The company said that as part of the deal, it is keeping a 47% stake in a citrus business in Chile.
