Lithium Americas' Corporate Migration to Switzerland Approved by Shareholders

04:54 PM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lithium Americas (LAAC) said Friday it obtained shareholder approval for its proposed corporate migration to Switzerland from Canada.

The change, which the company expects will become effective Jan. 23, still requires a final court order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia, among other customary approvals, it said.
