12:07 PM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Logitech International ( LOGI ) said its shareholders elected Guy Gecht as chairperson, succeeding Wendy Becker.

Shareholders also approved a dividend of 1.26 Swiss francs ($1.58) per share, up 0.10 francs from a year earlier, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

The dividend is scheduled for payment on Sept. 24 to investors of record Sept. 23.

Logitech International ( LOGI ) shares fell 1.1% in recent Tuesday trading.
