05:38 PM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lucid Diagnostics ( LUCD ) , a unit of PAVmed ( PAVM ) , said late Wednesday it intends to offer common shares in an underwritten public offering.

The cancer prevention medical diagnostics company plans to grant the underwriters a 45-day option to buy additional shares of common stock.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares of Lucid Diagnostics ( LUCD ) slumped over 21% in after-hours trading.
