11:07 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google ( GOOG ) is expected to be hit with an antitrust fine by the European Commission over its adtech practices later on Friday, Reuters reported, citing three sources with direct knowledge of the matter.

Alphabet and the European Commission didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
