01:04 PM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Banco Sabadell agreed to sell its UK unit to Banco Santander (SAN) for 2.65 billion pounds ($3.63 billion), Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Santander didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
