11:50 AM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Veris Residential ( VRE ) is considering selling or refinancing its apartments valued at about $450 million near Jersey City's waterfront, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The company hired Newmark Group's ( NMRK ) brokers led by Adam Spies and Adam Doneger to sell the apartments called Jersey City Urby, the report said.

Neither Veris nor Newmark ( NMRK ) immediately responded to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
