05:51 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NICE (NICE) reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $2.87 per diluted share, up from $2.58 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.84.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $700.2 million, compared with $659.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $699.4 million.
The company said it expects Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $2.93 to $3.03 and revenue of $709 million to $719 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.96 in non-GAAP EPS on revenue of $712.3 million.
For 2025, NICE raised its non-GAAP EPS outlook to between $12.28 and $12.48, from $12.13 to $12.33 previously, and reiterated its revenue guidance of $2.92 billion to $2.94 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $12.19 in non-GAAP EPS on revenue of $2.92 billion.
Shares of NICE were up over 3% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
