Norwood Financial Prices $26 Million Share Offering

05:21 AM EST, 12/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Norwood Financial ( NWFL ) said late Tuesday it has priced a public offering of 1 million common shares at $26 per share for gross proceeds of $26 million.

The company said it granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 150,000 additional shares.

Norwood Financial ( NWFL ) expects to close the offering on or about Thursday and said proceeds will be used as an investment into its bank subsidiary and for general working capital.

Norwood Financial ( NWFL ) shares were down more than 2% premarket Wednesday.
