05:26 PM EDT, 03/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Novavax ( NVAX ) said late Tuesday it entered into an agreement with Fujifilm to resolve disputes on amounts that Fujifilm claimed were due under a prior confidential settlement agreement and release.

The company said it paid $42 million to Fujifilm and the parties agreed to a mutual release of claims arising from the prior agreement, adding that Fujifilm has agreed to dismiss the arbitration.
