04:35 AM EDT, 06/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Omada Health (OMDA), a virtual healthcare provider, said late Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 7.9 million common shares at $19 apiece.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to about 1.19 million additional shares.

The company expects its shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol OMDA Friday, while the IPO is expected to close Monday.
