09:06 AM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Orion (ORN) said Wednesday that it is introducing the dual listing of its shares on NYSE Texas, the newly launched electronic equities exchange based in Dallas.

The specialty construction company said it will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange, and trade under the same "ORN" ticker symbol on NYSE Texas.
