09:32 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oxford Lane Capital ( OXLC ) said Tuesday it expects net asset value per share of $4.76 to $4.86 as of Aug. 31.

The closed-end management investment company said net asset value per share for the quarter ending Sept. 30 "may differ materially from this estimate."

As of Aug. 31, Oxford Lane said it had about 320.4 million shares issued outstanding.
