11:33 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Palisade Bio ( PALI ) on Wednesday filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a public offering of shares or pre-funded warrants.

The actual size and pricing of the offering are yet to be determined.

Pre-funded warrants will be offered to shareholders owning more than a 4.99% stake in the company after buying common shares under the offering. Each pre-funded warrant allows for one common share upon exercise, the company said.

Palisade shares fell 8% in recent trading.
