Paylocity Fiscal Q1 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; Fiscal 2026 Revenue Guidance Raised

05:12 PM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Paylocity ( PCTY ) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $1.75 per diluted share, up from $1.66 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.57.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $408.2 million, up from $363 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $400.5 million.

The company expects fiscal Q2 revenue of $405.5 million to $410.5 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $406.1 million.

The company raised its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $1.72 billion to $1.73 billion, compared with the previously anticipated range of $1.71 billion to $1.72 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.72 billion.
