04:59 PM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pennant Group ( PNTG ) said late Thursday that it appointed Brent Guerisoli as chairman, effective Jan. 1.

Guerisoli has served on Pennant's board since 2023 and as its chief executive officer since 2022, the company said. "He has been a key leader with the organization since 2012."

Guerisoli succeeds Barry Smith, who served as chairman since February 2023. Smith will remain on the board.
