Phoenix Motor Names Mark Hastings as CFO

12:24 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Phoenix Motor ( PEV ) said Wednesday that its board named J. Mark Hastings as chief financial officer.

Hastings served as vice president of finance and insurance at Rodo before joining Phoenix, the company said.

Shares of the company rose 7.7% in recent trading.
