- Rupert Murdoch has lost a bid to change his family trust
to consolidate control of his media empire in the hands of his
son Lachlan.
- Consulting giant McKinsey & Co is admitting about 200
employees into its partnership, one of the smallest groups in
years, down about 20% from last year and half as many new
partners as in recent years.
- China said on Monday it has launched an investigation into
Nvidia ( NVDA ) over suspected violations of the country's
anti-monopoly law, a probe widely seen as a retaliatory shot
