01:48 PM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (PMZ-UN.TO) on Thursday reported the opening of the 56,200-square-foot Simons at the Halifax Shopping Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The facility also includes a 38,500-square-foot Winners and a 15,000-square-foot Pet Smart, which are now open.

The 13,000-square-foot Dollarama is expected to open by the end of this month, the REIT said.

The company's stock was up 1% on last look on Thursday.
