08:33 AM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Progressive (PGR) reported Wednesday that net income for July was $1.85 per share, up from $1.38 a year earlier.

The insurance company also reported that net premiums written for the month rose to $7.06 billion from $6.38 billion a year ago.

Net premiums earned for July increased to $6.99 billion from $6.07 billion a year earlier, the company said.
