07:44 AM EDT, 04/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Seabridge Gold ( SA ) said Friday that a decision on permit amendments for the construction and operation of the Mitchell Treaty Tunnels has been delayed.

The company said it was notified of the delay by British Columbia's Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals, which cited a legal action launched by Tudor.

The legal action questions whether the KSM project's conditional mineral reserve for the tunnels applies to Tudor's mineral claims.

Seabridge said the ministry stated that a decision on the permit amendment application will not be issued until the legal matter is resolved.
