09:29 AM EDT, 05/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SKYX Platforms ( SKYX ) said Wednesday it signed a licensing agreement with lighting firm Eurofase.

The agreement expands SKYX's go-to-market opportunities in the builder, hotel, residential, and commercial segments across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia, the company said.

Financial terms of the agreement were not provided.

Shares of SKYX were up about 2.8% in premarket activity Wednesday.
