08:07 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SL Green Realty ( SLG/PI ) said Monday it signed a 10-year lease agreement with hedge fund Verition Group NY for 72,515 square feet, increasing building occupancy to 92.5%.

Verition will move from the 35th floor to the 14th and 15th floors, expanding its space by 34,413 square feet, SL Green said.

Redevelopment of the building at 245 Park Avenue in Manhattan includes a new lobby, updated plazas, storefronts, and a terracotta facade, the company said.
