MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Marketing News Canada will continue producing its podcast and editorial content, now supported by SocialNext’s growing event network, media partnerships, and national membership platform.

“Selling Marketing News Canada to Mike Morrison at SocialNext was an easy decision,” said Darian Kovacs, Partner, Jelly Digital Marketing & PR. “Mike has a reputation for keeping things authentically Canadian and amplifying voices that often go unheard in traditional marketing media.”

“We’re excited to partner on Marketing News Canada in Halifax,” said Geoffrey Blanc, General Manager of Cyberimpact. “MNC has powered the SocialEast event and helped amplify the voices and innovations shaping our industry. These gatherings help us share expertise on the evolving world of email marketing — and combined with MNC, they’re even more impactful.”

Together, SocialNext and MNC will reach thousands of marketers each month through podcasts, newsletters, events, and social channels. The partnership strengthens storytelling, expands sponsor visibility, and deepens community engagement nationwide.

“Marketing News Canada has always stood for connection and conversation,” said Mike Morrison, President of SocialNext. “Bringing MNC into the SocialNext family links learning, storytelling, and community in a way that feels genuinely Canadian.”

The announcement comes as SocialNext prepares for its most ambitious year yet, including its first bilingual conference in Montreal and the expansion of the SocialNext Marketing Alliance (SNMA) — a membership network designed to foster collaboration and career growth year-round.
