03:04 PM EDT, 05/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Southern Silver Exploration ( SSVFF ) is proposing to undertake a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to near 6.7-million common shares at $0.60 for gross proceeds of up to $4.0 million, the company said Thursday.

Closing of the offering is scheduled on or about June 5, 2026, or such other date as the company determines. Proceeds will be used for the advancement of the Cerro Las Minitas project as well as for working capital and general corporate needs, it added.

Shares were last seen down 4.6% at $0.62 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
