09:06 AM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sterling Infrastructure ( STRL ) said Thursday it has named Nicholas Grindstaff as chief financial officer, starting July 10.

Grindstaff succeeds Ron Ballschmiede, who has served as Sterling's finance chief and interim finance chief since 2015, the company said.

Grindstaff has over 30 years of finance and leadership experience, most recently serving as chief financial officer of Cinterra, the company said.
