09:11 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Strata Critical Medical ( SRTA ) said Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of Keystone Perfusion Services.

The deal included $124 million in upfront consideration of 88% cash and 12% stock, Strata said.

Strata said the acquisition enables the company to be a full-service organ transplant services, including surgical recovery, air and ground logistics, and organ placement.
