04:33 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Synaptics ( SYNA ) and Murata Manufacturing said Thursday they are forming a partnership to develop a turnkey wireless connectivity module for automotive tier 1 suppliers and original equipment manufacturers.

The partnership aims to design Synaptics' ( SYNA ) Veros Wi-Fi and Bluetooth combo systems on chips into a module co-developed with Murata, the companies said.

Synaptics ( SYNA ) shares were up 3.8% in recent premarket activity.
