04:55 AM EDT, 04/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing ( TSM ) unit TSMC Partners sold 1.11 million Arm Holdings ( ARM ) shares from April 28 to April 29 at $207.65 apiece, for a total of approximately $231 million, news outlets reported Wednesday, citing a company filing.

Taiwan Semiconductor no longer holds any Arm shares following the sale, according to reports.

The companies didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comment.

Arm shares were up 1% in premarket activity, while Taiwan Semiconductor fell 0.1%.
