TD SYNNEX's Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Increase; Provides Fiscal Q1 Guidance

08:36 AM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TD SYNNEX ( SNX ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings Friday of $3.09 per diluted share, down from $3.13 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.06.

Revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 30 was $15.84 billion compared with $14.41 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $15.22 billion.

For fiscal Q1, the company said it expects non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $2.65 to $3.15. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.95. The company expects revenue for the quarter to be between $14.4 billion and $15.2 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $14.78 billion.

TD SYNNEX ( SNX ) said it increased its quarterly cash dividend by 10% to $0.44 per share, payable on Jan. 31, to stockholders of record on Jan. 24.
