Texas Community Bancshares Declares Quarterly, Special Dividends

05:31 PM EST, 11/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Texas Community Bancshares ( TCBS ) said late Tuesday that it raised its quarterly dividend to $0.05 per share from $0.04 and declared a special dividend of $0.03 a share.

The dividends are payable around Dec. 16 to shareholders of record on Dec. 2, the company said.
