07:07 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ThreeD Capital ( IDKFF ) , a venture capital firm, on Monday said it may buy back up to 2.84 million shares, or 5% of its outstanding stock, on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The buyback will open on September 23 and run for one year.

Under a previous buyback that ended on August 25, ThreeD repurchased about 2.5 million shares at an average price of $0.47 each.

The shares closed at $0.35 on Friday.
