02:10 PM EDT, 06/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sadot Group ( SDOT ) completed the acquisition of Anira Consulting, a United Arab Emirates-based commodity trading and consulting company, for $12 million.

Sadot's ( SDOT ) stock rose 88% as intraday volume topped 48.4 million shares, versus the daily average of 539,567.

Xos (XOS) said Tuesday it launched its 2.5 megawatt-hour Power Hub series of integrated energy storage and hybrid power systems.

The stock almost tripled as volume topped 76 million shares, versus the daily average of 484,076.

Laser Photonics ( LASE ) shares rose 28%, a day after the company said its Laser Shield Anti-Drone system was selected by the US Department of Defense.

Volume topped 200.3 million shares, versus the daily average of 6.1 million.
