04:33 PM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Unum ( UNM ) said Friday it has completed an offering of $300 million of senior notes due 2035.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the replacement of cash and cash equivalents used to repay the $275 million principal amount of Unum's ( UNM ) 3.875% senior notes due 2025 that matured on Nov. 5, the company said.
