Marsh & McLennan's ( MMC ) Oliver Wyman unit said Monday it has agreed to acquire commodity trading adviser Veritas Total Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

Oliver Wyman said Veritas would expand its trading advisory and systems implementation services.

Veritas's staff will join Oliver Wyman and be based in Houston, according to Oliver Wyman.

The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
