11:27 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Urgent.ly ( ULY ) extended an agreement with an undisclosed global original automotive equipment manufacturer for warranty-based roadside assistance program in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The accord extends the partnership to eight years from six, Urgent.ly ( ULY ) said Monday. The contract also covers post-warranty roadside assistance membership plans and assistance for operational, technical, and mechanical breakdowns, as well as accident-related towing services.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
