Verde AgriTech Partners With Undo Cardon to Create, Sell Carbon Removal Credits
Nov 17, 2025 5:22 AM

07:47 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Verde AgriTech ( VNPKF ) Monday announced its entry into the carbon credits market through a partnership with UK-based Undo Carbon, which specializes in carbon dioxide (CO2) removal through enhanced rock weathering.

The two companies are exploring a commercial partnership to create and sell durable, high-quality carbon removal credits from Verde's enhanced rock weathering activities in Brazil. If successful, the venture has the potential to remove "hundreds of thousands" of tonnes of CO2 from the atmosphere, a statement said.

"Today's exclusive agreement with Undo creates a clear path to turn Verde's Enhanced Rock Weathering activities into a scalable revenue stream," said chief executive Cristiano Veloso. "By combining our glauconitic siltstone products and established operations in Brazil with Undo's award-winning expertise in measurement, reporting, and verification, we aim to originate and deliver durable, high quality carbon removal credits aligned with global best practices, including leading enhanced rock weathering methodologies."

Verde has also granted Undo Carbon up to 1.7 million warrants exercisable for three years at 120% of market price.
