11:24 AM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Verint Systems ( VRNT ) said Friday it has signed a $6.5 million multiyear contract with an unnamed public utility company to implement the Verint Open Platform in its 1,800-agent contact center.

The contract includes delivery of four Verint ( VRNT ) artificial intelligence bots, the company said.

Shares of Verint ( VRNT ) were down 1.1% in recent trading.
