The company promoted Patrick Keslin to CFO from his previous position as vice president of finance.

Dustin Smith is stepping down as chief operating officer, moving to a senior advisory role until Dec. 1, to aid in the transition and support ongoing projects.

Donald Winston has been promoted to senior vice president of global operations from vice president.
