10:08 AM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wearable Devices ( WLDS ) received a continuation patent in the US that expands protection for its proprietary neural gesture interface used in hands-free control of digital devices.

The new patent builds on its existing intellectual property and allows for improved recognition of when gestures begin and end, supporting devices in interpreting user intent, the company said Monday in a statement.

The technology is intended for use in applications such as augmented reality, smart home systems and wearable electronics, the company said.

Wearable Devices ( WLDS ) shares rose 3.4% in recent Monday trading.
