Work-from-home regulations hit home rental rates in Bengaluru, Chennai

As companies continue work-from-home regulations, homeowners in Bengaluru and Chennai are on the lookout for tenants for their recently vacated properties leading to significant fall in home rentals. Over-supply has resulted in a 25 percent correction in home rental rates across both cities, CNBC-TV18's Jude Sannith reports.
