05:01 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WSFS Financial ( WSFS ) said Tuesday it appointed David Burg as chief financial officer, starting Aug. 15.

Before WSFS, Burg served in many senior leadership roles at Citigroup ( C ) .

The company also appointed Arthur J. Bacci as chief operating officer , also starting Aug. 15. Besides serving as WSFS's chief wealth officer, Bacci has also been serving as the interim CFO since August 2023. Jamie P. Hopkins will replace Bacci as chief wealth officer.
